EMERALD, WYLLON, WYLIK AND JOEY.WE ARE TRULY SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS. WE LOST 5 PEOPLE WITHIN 6 MOS IN ONE YEAR FROM OUR FAMILY. WE UNDERSTAND YOUR HURT BUT NOT AS A MOTHER WOULD LOSE A CHILD. WE ARE TRULY SORRY. ANDRE WAS A GOOD KID. WHEN HE HAD TO GO TO WORK AFTER EMERALD WOULD LEAVE, HE WOULD SEND HIS 2 YOUNGER BROTHERS OVER FOR MY HUSBAND TO GET THEM ON THE SCHOOL BUS. HE HAD THE MOST BEAUTIFUL SMILE AND WAS A VERY PLEASANT YOUNG MAN.WE REMEMBER WHEN HE AND THE SON WE RAISED (RICO) WENT TO THE PROM, THEY LOOKED SO NICE. EMERALD JUST HOLD ON TO YOUR MEMORIES AND THEY WILL GET YOU THROUGH. SINCERELY STEVE AND DIONNE (KENNETHS) MOM AND DAD.

Dear Emerald, You and your family have always had a special place in our hearts. I have always been impressed by how respectful and sincere Andre conducted himself. What a wonderful young man. Let us help you fill the hole in your heart with our prayers and love. While in NY we lit a candle in St. Patricks Cathedral in memory of your beautiful son. We love you. Mel and Cheree

Emerald, I sympathize with you and your family over the loss of Andre. I know nothing can prepare us for a time when we lose our sons. But look to God for refuge in your time of need. And he will carry us when the burden seems too heavy. All is well when things work for the will of God and you will find comfort. I will be praying for You, Latrell and the rest of your family. Please call me if you ever need a shoulder 432-3589 (Kris's mother)

To The Family of Andre Price II,
LIFE... so fragile
LOSS... so sudden
HEART... so broken
In the wake of such a loss, we're haunted by things we don't - and may never - understand. Yet the solace we seek may not come from answers. So we look for comfort in the belief of love's everlasting connection. May that love lift you, hold you close, and give you peace.

My heart goes out to you and your family. I met Andre thru Dominique. Dominique always spoke so highly of Andre saying how he always spent time with his brothers and how he would do anything for anyone. He was such a sweet, sweet and very respectful young man. He always carried himself so well, and held his head so proudly. The way he carried himself let you know he came from a wonderful and beautiful family. He had such a calm soul. I met him just a few times and when Dominique told me what happened I hung up the phone and just cried because he was truly a sweetheart, he really was. Keep your memories close, and know the lord needs him up there in heaven with him now. He will be missed by so many.
God Bless you & yours

To every life there is a season, and when our season is over, and our work here is done, God releaves us of our duties here on earth and returns us to wince we came. Even though we may not understand the reasoning for things unexplainable, be constantly reminded that life is only a precious loan that God has allowed us to raise and nurture. Emerald, look to the hills from wince cometh your help. Ask God and he will provide you and little Andre's family the strength to get through this. All you have to do is ask. He'll never fail. You all are in our prayers.

I met Andre' thru his mom, helped him by a car and knew good and well he couldn't drive that stick that he just bought, but that young man didn't let that deter him. I've never lost a child but just recently lost a brother, so I some how know the pain your going thru. Keep smiling, thats what he'd want you to do, keep your family close and Dre' in your heart!

I knew Andre since are 8th grade he was always a nice person to be a round, he went to the same high school and to the same career center he was the first person to remove himself when problems came his way. He was a giving person even when he didn't have nuthing to give but just knowing that he was the type of person to give meant the world to me and any others.
I look up to the sky to see a calm place, I look up to enjoy a wonderful person looking down at me, I look up and try to image life without you here,I look you to know that you are in a bettr place, but still it hurts to know that your no longer here, but still I look up and know your alright.
Love Always:

I've known Andre' since we were about 15 years old. He's always been a good friend to me and I can remember having the best phone conversations with him. The last time I saw him, he met me for lunch and he listened to me gab on and on about my job and my life since graduating from college, he didn't once seem uninterested. I have always appreciated his eagerness to listen. I hadn't talked to him much since then, but he randomly called me about 2 weeks ago, just to see how I was doing, and suggested that we get together soon. Next thing I knew, God had called him home...I now understand that God thought that much of our friendship to let me have one last conversation with Andre' on the telephone before he went to glory. My prayers will always be with his family during this time of need, and even months and years after. God Bless.

To the Smith/Price Family;
Isaiah 40:31 But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.
Remember; Weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning. (PS 30:5)
