Dear Toni and Elliot and family,
We know that I am late in expressing our condolences for the loss of your son. I was out of town for a while. We would have come to the home, but felt that should be for those that are your close friends and family. Billy joins me in expressing our deepest sympathy. I did not know your son but I know that Toni and Elliot are fine people and in the few times that we have been in your company, we know why the Frackmans love you so much. We just wanted you to know how saddened we were to learn of this. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

I worked with Andrew at Horizon Science Academy. He always had a cheerful "good morning" and made it a point to say "Have a good evening, drive safe, see you in the morning" at the end of the day. He was genuinely interested in our students' education and well-being. As a special education teacher and volunteer basketball coach, he always saw, and brought out, the best in the students. We shared personal life experience stories with each other, and he was genuinely caring. He was truly a friend with a passion for giving. He was a problem-solver and solution-finder in every aspect of his life and the lives of others. We all were uniquely touched by his presence, and he is already greatly missed by both students and staff.

Dear Family,
I am truly saddened to hear of Andrew's death. He was a great kid, and that's how I will always remember him. He and I had such a good teacher/student relationship. He was always so excited on Monday mornings to tell me about his sporting events of the weekend. I have no words for the death of a young man in his prime.
Rest in God's peace, Andrew
Love, Mrs. H. (Sherry Heisterkamp)

One of my former campers, along with Jordan. Andrew, gone way too soon, young fella. I gain solice in knowing that, as we say in basketball, you indeed left it all on the court of life. I'd say Rest Peacefully but you won't.... you're on God's Court shooting jump shots already - you and Sean Elliott. Save me a spot, bro.

I am heartbroken. I picture Andrew as a young boy, at Maryland Elementary School, running around the playground and just being a great kid. Thinking about you all and sending love and prayers.
