God always has a purpose an d a plan, and HIS plan for Art has been fulfilled.
You were my baby brother and I will always love you and you will always have a place in my heart.
Abd to my mother, Keep GOD in your heart and HE will make a way, HE will ease your pain enough that you will always think of your baby boy in a suddle way and smile.
GOD is watching over you with open arms.
