Ava Arnold Obituary

Arnold Ava Isabella Arnold lost her battle with Alper's Huttenlocher syndrome on August 7, 2014. she passed peacefully at home surrounded by her loving parents Douglas (Lee) and Jessica Arnold, her little sister Lydia and puppy Oden. Ava is survived by her maternal grandparents, Carmen and Mike Richard and Dan Fritz, all of Port Clinton, OH.; paternal grandparents, Chris and Victor Arnold of Hilliard, OH.; maternal great grandparents, Lynn Jones and Linda Fritz, both of Port Clinton, OH and Ann and Lou Schwartz of Toledo, OH.; paternal great grandparents, Doris and Doug Arnold of Shalimar, FL and Mary and Doug Barna of Titusville, FL.; uncles, Andrew (Brittany) Fritz of Oak Harbor, OH, Chris Richard of Dearborn, MI; and aunt, Beth Arnold of Hilliard, OH. She is also survived by many great aunts and uncles and second cousins that she adored. Ava was preceded in death by her great grandmother Jane Jones and her great grandfather B. Gale Fritz. Ava was born February 4, 2013 in Columbus, OH. She left footprints on the hearts of everyone she met, even strangers, she was always in a great mood and it was contagious. If that wasn't enough, she was blessed with porcelain skin, gorgeous red hair, hazel green eyes with eyelashes that never ended, rosy cheeks and a smile that would brighten the darkest day. She was a free spirit, she loved being outside and in the water. Her passion was music, she would start clapping as soon as the spongebob theme song would start playing and dance when she heard country or rock music. Ava had a laugh like no other and so much made her giggle, like stealing her daddy's sunglasses, watching Jeopardy, getting scared, and hearing race car engines. Above all, she was so deeply loved and will be greatly missed, a big piece of our hearts has left with her. Until we meet again Ms. Ava, we'll be loving you. Family will receive friends from 4-7 p.m. Sunday, August 10, 2014 at SCHOEDINGER WORTHINGTON CHAPEL, 6699 N. High Street, Worthington, Ohio 43085, where Ava's life will be honored with a Funeral Service at 11 a.m. Monday, August 11, 2014. Andrew Hoover, Celebrant. Interment will follow at Flint Cemetery.
