It has been almost two years since you passed tomorrow 4/23 the day I will never forget and 10:23pm is forever in my memory. I miss you. I dream about you but you often, you look pain free and not weighted down with life's problems. Your sweet basset Hailey passed in December and I hope she is with you and Abby the cat, Baxter, Wilhelm, Danny Boy and Daisy are all fishing and hiking in heaven. I will see you on the other side one day, but until then I love you and good bye.

I was very sad to hear of Ben's passsing. I just met him a year ago walking in the neighborhood and he offered me the most delicious tomatoes and peppers. I loved talking to him about his garden and his thoughts of retirement. He is deeply missed and our thoughts and prayers go out to his wife and family.

To the Harvey Family;
My prayers and deepest condolence go out to your Family. Ben's passing was SHOCKING news to say the least and still hard for me to swallow!! I worked with him off and on. I visit his Memorial Picture in Pod B first thing in the morning. He was a true gentleman with a lot of class, great personality, and a good friend whom I enjoyed knowing. The unique thing about Ben was he always wore a "SMILE" no matter what and he had a passion for helping others. I am so glad that God put him in my path. He will truly be missed by all at DSCC, but will never be forgotten.. Prayers are being lifted for your Family for God to embrace you tightly in His arms, Bless you with His Mercy and His Grace, and to provide each of you with the extra strength, comfort and healing you all will need to get through this devasating loss of your loved one. R.I.H. Ben

My thoughts and prayers go out to the Harvey family. Ben was like my battle buddy. He sat next to me on the job for close to 3 years and we had some great times. I feel really empty knowing that I won't see his smiling face and upbeat personality any longer. Ben was a great man that truly loved his wife and family. I am really going to miss our sports and current events talk that we had weekly. DSCC and the U.S. Air Force has lost a great leader. Ben, thanks for the memories, thanks for being my friend and thank you for serving our country proudly. You will be truly missed. I love you! May god bless the Harvey family.

Ben "Largemouth Bass" Harvey,,, one of my BEST fishing buddies ever. Always with a smile,, a fishing story,, a helping hand,, a truck ready for the outdoors,, amazing friend,, and dedicated husband. It will never be the same without you. I promise every lake,, pond,, and/or woods we visited,, will remember you,, I will make sure of it. Now you went to a higher level of 'fishing' with the ALLMIGHTY,, show them how is done,, and no more seasick, okay. As my My Granda used to say: "Let's not mourn and be sad because he (Ben) is gone,, let's celebrate and praise the Lord because he (Ben) was part of our lives. Love You Brother,,!!!
