Martha and Family,
I wish I could be there for the visitation right now but I am in California with my step brother LR and his family. I always enjoyed our visits with Blaine. Now he is in heaven with Floyd, Carroll Margie and others enjoying their first Christmas there. May the Lord give you grace, peace and strength through these dificult days. I look forward to seeing you this summer. Maybe at Drews wedding if I get to OH in time.
Love and Prayers Marge Fissell

Mr. Neilley's laid-back, friendly style of teaching made it easy for his students to learn. He was an inspiration to me in my own classroom 10 years later.

Thank you, Blaine. May the heavens open for you.
