Bobby Johnston

Johnston Bobby Johnston, 60 of Sedalia, died Friday, January 1, 2016 in the James Cancer Hospital. Born March 30, 1955 in Fayette County; he was a son of Gayle E. and Patricia Ann (Seaburn) Johnston. Bobby had worked at Stanley Electric for the past 30 years, was president of Sedalia Town Council, past Mayor of Sedalia, a former volunteer and President of the Board Mt. Sterling EMS and was a former 4-H leader. Survivors include his children, Tyler Ross Johnston and Jill Ann "Jillymac" Johnston; grandson, Jasen Johnston; father, Gayle Johnston, brothers, Mark Johnston (Julie Evans) and Jeff (Debi) Johnston; nieces and nephews, Jackie, Derek, Josh, Ashley, Wyatt, Serenity and DJ; and many cousins. He was preceded in death by his mother Patty Johnston, sister-in-law Beverly Johnston, uncle Tom Johnston and nephew Jeromy Swyers. Friends may call at the EBERLE-FISHER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 103 N. Main Street, London from 2-8 p.m. Thursday. A graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family.
