Chad Abraham Obituary
1980 - 2021
Chad Abraham, age 40, of Delaware, OH, passed on January 14, at Grady Memorial Hospital. Preceded in death by mother Nicole Friel and grandmother Marian Owen. Survived by wife, Jen Abraham; daughter, Aria; father, Michael (Jill) Abraham; brother, Tyler (Kerry); and step-siblings, Charlie and Michelle Friel, Ashley (Darren) Mathys, Lindsey (Jordan) Wellman, Josh (Christine) Humbert, and Haley Humbert; mother and father-in-law, Dan and Debbie Eisert; sisters-in-law, Julie (Ryan) Grant and Danielle (Evan) Kellett; many nieces and nephews. Graduate of Upper Arlington High School and Bowling Green University. Spent 15 years as a teacher and wrestling coach and most recently has been a student advocate. He was awarded the Golden Shamrock. He was a loving husband, father, and friend. Family will receive friends 12-3pm Monday, January 18, at Schoedinger Dublin, where a private funeral service will be at 3pm. The funeral will be livestreamed at www.Schoedinger.com. Dear Abraham Family,
We, the families of The Compassionate Friends, send you our heartfelt condolences. The Compassionate Friends is an international grief support group for parents, grandparents and siblings who have suffered the heartbreaking loss of a child. Our only mission is to provide comfort, hope and support to every family experiencing the death of a son or daughter, brother or sister, or grandchild, and to help others better assist the grieving family. We meet twice monthly in Columbus from 7-9 PM on the second Tuesday and 2-4 PM on the fourth Sunday at Ascension Lutheran Church, 1479 Morse Road, Columbus, Ohio 43229. If and when you are ready to do so, please join us. We need Not Walk Alone. We are The Compassionate Friends.
