Charles Masterson Obituary

MASTERSON Charles Masterson, age 82, passed away Thursday, April 23, 2009 at Mt. Carmel Medical Center. Born May 21, 1926 in London, Oh. Veteran U.S Navy where he served in WWII. Preceded in death by parents, wife Pauline, son Charles R., brothers and sister. Survived by sons, Daniel, Steven (Ann) of Seffner, Fla., Robert (Kim) and Michael; daughters, Connie Masterson and Cathy Sowers; 18 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; other family members and friends and his dog, Charlie. Friends may call at JERRY SPEARS FUNERAL HOME, 2693 W. Broad St., Saturday 5-8 p.m., where service will be held 2:30 p.m. Sunday. Private inurnment Deer Creek Cemetery, London, Oh. I WISH I COULD OF BEEN THERE. YOUR DAD WAS ONE OF MY FAVORITE UNCLES. I HAVE MANY FOND MEMORIES FROM WHEN CATHY AND I WERE LITTE, HE WOULD SNEAK US A DIME AND SAY GO GET AND ICE CREAM BUT DON'T TELL NO ONE. I KNOW HE AND DAD WERE VERY CLOSE AND I ENJOYED HEARING ABOUT THEIR TIMES TOGETHER WHEN THEY WERE YOUNG. NOW THEY ARE ALL TOGETHER AND HOPEFULLY WE WILL ALL SEE THEM AGAIN SOMEDAY.
