Christopher D. Osborn was born on March 17, 1968 in Victorville, California and died on July 18, 2018 in Dublin, Ohio at the age of 50. Dr. Osborn is predeceased by his father R.C. Duane Osborn. He is survived by his mother, Pamela Osborn; brother, Tony Osborn; son, Christopher Osborn; and daughters, Lauren Osborn and Rachel Osborn. My dad was a patient of Osborn's. He is 86 and often dropped by the office just to talk. Dr. Osborn was so patient and kind. While he will be missed by my dad, my sisters and I will also miss him as we felt he was in such good hands. We are truly sorry for your loss.
