Dear Shawn, Mitchell & Missy:
Debbie Russell said it beautifully in her note! I shall miss your dad very much. He would call me when he could long after he stopped coming to CA. We would always be on the phone for over an hr. I considered him a very dear friend! I shall miss him greatly, but the nurse in me knows he is in a better place after all he went thru these last years. It is NEVER easy to lose a parent, just know that your family with never forget him, but with time will be able to live without him physically near you, but always there in your heart & soul to talk to. Take care. Our prayers are with you all!

Our hearts go out to you and your families. We have grown to love and think of your dad as part of our family too. He has done so much for us over the years and has always been there to lend a helping hand. He will be greatly missed by everyone whose life he touched. I hope you know how very proud he was of all of you and how much he loved you. Now he will watch over you from a better place. Remembering his many stories and "nicknames" for everybody, will keep us all smiling in the months to come. Celebrate the wonderful father, Papa, brother, uncle and friend he was.
