Daniel Webb Obituary

WEBB Daniel Dee Webb, 62, of Columbus, formerly of Sunbury, passed away Wednesday, April 4, 2012 after an extended illness. He was born October 12, 1949, in Columbus, to Harold D. Webb and Christine E. (Evans) Webb. A graduate of Big Walnut High School, Dan went on to serve his country in the United States Army during Vietnam. Dan was employed by Nestle for 26 years and enjoyed woodworking. He is survived by his father, Harold Webb of Sunbury; brothers, Mike and Roger Webb of Sunbury; sister, Susan (Kevin) Kretschmer of Powell; sons, Clay Webb of Columbus and Mark Webb of Croton. He was preceded in death by his mother Christine and a brother Stephen. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, April 10, 2012 at 2 p.m. at the DeVORE-SNYDER FUENRAL HOME, SR's 3 at 61, Sunbury with Pastor Jonathan Dotson officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to service time. Inurnment will follow in Green Hill Cemetery, Johnstown. The family requests that memorial contributions be made to Disabled American Veterans, P.O. Box 15099, Columbus, OH 43215. Condolences may be expressed at www.snyderfuneralhomes.com.
