Danielle Friend Obituary

FRIEND (LESTER) Danielle M. Friend, 31, of New Albany, passed away on Saturday, June 30, 2007, surrounded by her loving family, after a very courageous battle with cancer. Born to Danny W. and Kathy A. (Greenwald) Lester. Danielle is survived by her husband, Will Friend; sons, Joseph Michael-Daniel and Will Logan Friend; daughter, Gracie N. Friend; brothers, Mark Greenwald and Danny Lester; mother and father-in-law, Joseph and Michele Friend; grandmother, Catherine Lester; many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Danielle was a valued employee of Syntaxis Youth Homes for over six years. Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 5, 2007, from 5-7 p.m. at the NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 3047 East Dublin Granville Road, Columbus, OH. Memorial service will follow at 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contribution may be made to the Syntaxis Youth Homes, 5900 A Sharon Woods Blvd, Columbus, OH 43229.
