It hurts me to lose a friend as good as Dave was to me. He was a special person and at least I will always have memories of the great times we had and the great friend he was.

I was simply shocked to hear of Dave's passing. He was one of the best at what he did and I learned a lot from him. He had a sense of humor that would have you laughing out of your seat. May God bless him and your family.
