David Devors Obituary

Devors David Alan Devors, age 66, Ashville, Ohio, passed away Sat. Nov. 8, 2014 at Mt. Carmel Medical Center, Columbus. He was born Sept. 27, 1948 at Ashville, Ohio, son of Richard and Marvene (Ward) Devors. He served in the US Army during the Vietnam War. Preceded in death by his father Richard Devors, brother Richard G. Devors. Survived by his mother, Marvene Devors, Circleville; wife, Joyce Eby Devors, Ashville; son, Adam (Jennifer Eldridge) Devors, Columbus; grandsons, Braxton David, Wyatt, and Quentin Devors; sister, Janice Blankenship, Circleville; brother, Marvin (Dixie) Devors, Ashville; several nieces and nephews; special friend, Rick Swanger, So. Blooomfield. The family will receive friend 6-8 p.m. Wed. Nov. 12, 2014 at the OLIVER-CHEEK FUNERAL HOME, Ashville, where services will be held 11 a.m. Thurs. Nov. 13, 2014. Rev. Don Blankenship will officiate. Burial will be in Harrison Twp. Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Ashville Church of Christ in Christian Union, 420 N. Long St., Ashville, Ohio 43103
