David Koon Obituary

Koon David H. Koon, 90, passed away at Kobacker House on 3/13/14. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran of World War II. Dave was a 40 year member of Sheet Metal Workers LU 98 and worked many years at Julian Speer Co. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife D. June ( Osborne); son, David (Karen); daughter, Natalie (Don) and James (Susan); grandsons, Andrew and Jeff Koon; and step grandchildren, Sarah Koon and Paul, Todd and Eric Tedrow. Also Survived by sister, Patty King ;and brother, Linwood Koon. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Kobacker House. A Special Thank You to Home Reach Hospice and the Staff at Kobacker. Friends may call Monday March 17, 2014 from 4-7 p.m. at the WEIR-AREND FUNERAL HOME, 4221 N. High St. Columbus, OH 43214 (3 blocks S. of Henderson Rd.) where service will be held 10:30 a.m. Tuesday.
