Donna Persang

PERSANG Donna Persang, 77, of Lancaster, passed away Tuesday, April 8, 2008, at her home surrounded by her family. She was born on April 24, 1930, to the late Oscar and Margaret Dildine. Donna enjoyed being part of the Garden Club and her bowling league. Donna is survived by daughters, Christine Young of IN, Candace Smith of AZ; son, Michael Persang of Columbus; grandchildren, Aaron Weaver, Kyle Smith, Steven, Wendy, Eric and Phillip Persang; several great-grandchildren; sister, Eileen; brothers, Donald and Edward; many good friends; long time companions, Bill and Betty; and her dog, Katie. She was preceded in death by her husband William Persang, son Steven, brothers Robert and Albert, sister Betty Ann and parents. Memorial Service will be held on Monday, April 14 at 7 p.m. at the SHERIDAN FUNERAL HOME, Lancaster, Oh., with Pastor James Dexter officiating. Family and friends may visit from 6 p.m. until the time of service. Food and refreshments will be available during and after the service. Burial of cremains will take place on Tuesday, April 15 at 2 p.m. at St. Mary Cemetery. Memorial Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
