I am sorry to hear of the loss of Mr. Hawkins. I have so many fond memories of him from my childhood. Whether they involved Cindy, Kareem and I all piling up in the back of his white car and going to McDonalds for happy meals and heading to bicentennial park downtown, or Sunday dinners at Mrs. Fox's house. I was always made to feel like part of the family. I will be eternally grateful to all of you for that.

My sincere condolence to the family of Elmore Hawkins. As a fellow DCSC/DSCC employee, I had to good fortune of speaking with Elmore in passing in the hallways of Building 12 and 11. May the family comfort one another in knowing he was well liked by many.
