Eric Johns, age 35, passed away suddenly Friday July 13, 2018. Preceded in death by parents James and Lisa Johns; brother James Johns Jr.; and sister Lisa Hope. Survived by sisters Ellen Kader and Charlotte Duncan; and brother Andrew Johns. Graveside service will be held later at Obetz Cemetery. Well it's been almost a year u been gone. It still doesn't seem real. I think about u everyday still. Everytime i hear my Facebook messenger ringing I think of u, and I wish it was u on the other end. I have loved u since we were 13. Your my first love. I will miss u always. I love u Eric. Rest easy

We, the families of The Compassionate Friends, send you our heartfelt condolences. The Compassionate Friends is an international grief support group for parents, grandparents and siblings who have suffered the heartbreaking loss of a child. Our only mission is to provide comfort, hope and support to every family experiencing the death of a son or daughter, brother or sister, or grandchild, and to help others better assist the grieving family. We meet monthly in Columbus from 7-9 PM on the second Tuesday of each month at Ascension Lutheran Church, 1479 Morse Road, Columbus, Ohio 43229. If and when you are ready to do so, please join us. We need Not Walk Along. We are The Compassionate Friends.
