Eric Zaye Obituary

ZAYE Eric Stephen Zaye, age 37, died Saturday, November 11, 2006. He was born October 20, 1969 in Columbus to David F. Zaye and Linda (Boldt) Zaye. His mother, Pastor Linda Zaye survives in McComb, Ohio. Mr. Zaye is survived by a brother, Patrick Zaye of Powell, Ohio; and a sister, Mrs. Kristian (Monica) Leichtenberg of Delaware, Ohio. Mr. Zaye was a U.S. Army Veteran having served from 1991-1993. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 15, 2006 from 2-4 p.m. at the HARTLEY FUNERAL HOME in McComb, Ohio. There will be a memorial service Wednesday evening at 7:30 p.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Dennis Maurer officiating. Memorial contributions can be made to the Faith Mission or to the Trinity Episcopal Church Lunch Program both of which are in Columbus. Online condolences may be sent to www.hartleyfuneralhome.com.

Eric was my bf from 1999 to 2001. I am so sorry to hear of his passing. I had no idea what happened to him after we split up in 2001 and I moved to south florida. RIP Eric Zaye you were a good man and a good bf to me.

Dear Linda, Patrick and Monica,
Words cannot begin to express how sadden I was to hear this news. Can still see Eric, Monica and Patrick in my Sunday School class. You were all very well behaved and darling children.

ERIC we did,nt know you personaly,my girl cannot picture you at all but your picture is hanging on the wall at the clinic when she see,s it she will know who you are.As far as i,m concerned,by talking to you watching you I could tell you was a decent person,you are in a better place i feel more for the one,s who loved you for you are at peace now while we are left here to stuggle where the Devil is loose ,tempting and taunting us.LIFE is a great gift of GOD,S we just dont take it serious as we should,ERIC and FAMILY I,m so sorry you went so young.
