Aunt Evelyn was my grandfather's sister, so technically she was my great aunt. I remember making trips out to their house "way out" in the country, when we were kids. There was a dairy on the way that, sometimes, we would stop at for root beer floats. We would look forward to uncle Don's magic tricks. The last time I remember being at the house was the night the last episode of the Fugitive, so it's been a while. Mom and I stopped to see Evelyn about a year ago, and she reminisced about the farm in Stoutsville. Her bowling longevity has been an inspiration for me. Evelyn will be missed. Our condolences go out to her family.
