GERALD MADEJCHUK Obituary
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of a beloved husband to Helen Andrej, after a long brave battle with Parkinson's, on May 4th, 2014, at the age of 82. Loving father to Arlene, Gerry (Alexandra), Brian (Lee Anne), Elana (Davide), and Natalie. Adored grandfather (Didu) to Victoria and Jonathan, Olivia, Sienna, and Alessio, Nicholas and Mareena. He will be missed by many relatives and friends. A special thanks to the homecare staff of CLSC Bordeaux-Cartierville, and especially to his daughter, Arlene. The family will receive condolences at Jasko Moshonas Ouimet Inc. Funeral Home, 693 Jean Talon W. (corner Champagneur) on Thursday, May 8th from 2-9 p.m. (Prayers at 7 p.m.). Funeral Service on Friday, May 9th, at 10:45 a.m., from Sts-Cyril & Methodius Slovak Church, 7187 2nd Ave., corner Jean Talon E. Thence to Notre-Dame Des Neiges Cemetery for Interment. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Parkinson Society Canada. Vechnaya Pamyat. We will always love you Dad.

To all of the Madejchuk Family...
I/we just learned today of Sonny's passing. While unfortunately we no longer have any contact with you all, please know that on behalf of the Cullen-Madejchuk-Giroux Families, we are sending you our most sincere condolences on your husband's/ your Dad's passing. We all recall 'Uncle Sonny' as a gentle man --- a warm, loving and kind man... a 'gentleman' in the truest sense of the word. May God bless him and all of you.
