Harriet Finch Obituary

FINCH Harriet E. Finch, 86, of Urbana, died on Monday, May, 2005 in her residence. She was born on July 7, 1918 in Marysville, Oh., the daughter of Edward and Effie (Grey) Simpson. Survivors include her husband of 65 years, James E. Finch; 2 daughters, Marie (Clarence) Shirk of St. Paris and Rosemary Stimmel of Woodstock; 1 daughter-in-law, Paulette Finch of Ga. A gathering of family and friends will be held on Thursday, May 12, 2005 from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. in the VERNON FUNERAL HOME, Urbana. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Fr. Gregory Konerman and Fr. Clarence Heis on Friday, May 13, 2005 at 10 a.m. in the St. Mary Catholic Church, Urbana. Following her wishes her body will be cremated after the mass. Graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 14, 2005 at 1:30 p.m. in Oakdale Cemetery, Marysville, Oh.
