Jacqueline Pereira Obituary

Pereira Jacqueline Pereira, 38, of Delaware, Ohio, passed away May 7, 2017. Jaci was born in Cleveland, Ohio on August 2, 1978. Jaci enjoyed her family, cooking, baking, and was very involved with her son's school and sports activities. Jaci attended Delaware Grace Church in Delaware, Ohio. Jaci is survived by her husband, Todd Pereira; sons, Gavin and Gabriel; father, Fred (Linda) Pantaleano; brother, Andrew Pantaleano; along with many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and grandparents. Jaci is preceded in death by her sister Nicole and mother Kris. Family will receive friends on Thursday, May 11, 2016 from 12 noon-2 p.m. at the RUTHERFORD FUNERAL HOME AT POWELL, 450 W. Olentangy Street, Powell, Ohio 43065, where a memorial service will follow at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Delaware Grace Church, 375 Hills-Miller Road, Delaware, Ohio 43015. It is hard to believe that such a wonderful person has left us at such an early age. Jaci was such an accomplished person and it seemed she rarely talked about her talents as she was mostly focused on others, especially her family. She was an accomplished rider "back in the day" and quite a musician. Another little known fact is that she had an unbelievable near photographic memory. We know her love will live on through others as she passed her gifts along to many. Your Dad.
