James Morrow Obituary

Morrow James Coles Morrow "Jim", 1931-2013, San Carlos, CA. James Coles Morrow, of San Carlos, CA, passed away on March 10, 2013 of Atypical Parkinsons. A native of Natick, MA, Jim served in the Army and graduated from Boston University. His career in the insurance industry (Liberty Mutual and Nationwide) brought him from Marshfield, MA, to Granville, OH. He served as Vice President at Nationwide and on international insurance committees. It was in Ohio that his love of animals led to his involvement with horses. Jim bred and raced trotters, and was an officer for the United States Trotting Association. Jim was preceded in death by his wife of 46 years Margaret (Peggy) Tomlinson. He is survived by his wife, Kathy (Kubit); grandchildren, Megan Reed, Will Simmons, Brad Simmons and Eric Simmons; daughters, Kim Reed and Deb Forgacs; sister, Anne Steeves. A reception celebrating Jim's life will be held at the College Town House, 337 E. Broadway, Granville, OH, on May 4, 2-5 p.m. RSVP 740-587-3520. Donations may be made in Jim's name to the Brain Support Network, Menlo Park, CA, 94026 or at brainsupportnetwork.org.
