James "Buck" Spadaro

Spadaro James "Buck" Spadaro, age 81, of Columbus, passed away November 1, 2016 at his residence. He was born January 7, 1935 in Mt. Hope, WV, to the late James and Eleanor Spadaro. He was preceded in death by his siblings Benny and Jack Spadaro, Mary Patrick and Ruth Bennett. Buck retired from Navistar. He was a member of The Boy Scouts Troop #410 for 37 years; he was a member of the Hilltop Kiwanians, where he was Kiwanian of the year 2 years in a row. Buck was a US Army Veteran, 82nd Airborne Division. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Margaret Spadaro; children, Crystal Engle, Lisa (Dan) Marston and Jim (Heidi) Spadaro; grandchildren, Michael Damron, Conner Marston, Lauren Engle, Nick Molnar, Hannah Marston and Grace Spadaro; siblings, Rosie Stover, Eleanor "Honey" Pyles, Gene Spadaro, Bill (Janet) Spadaro, Josephine (Earl) Robinson, Marie (Ben) Bentley, Edith Bevins and Ted (Sharon) Spadaro; numerous nieces and nephews. Friends may visit on Friday from 5-8 p.m. and 1 hour prior to the 11 a.m. funeral on Saturday at THE SPENCE-MILLER FUNERAL HOME, 2697 Columbus St., Grove City.
