James Tolliver Obituary

TOLLIVER James F. "Jim" Tolliver, age 67, was born on June 3, 1944 and died Friday, April 13, 2012 at Grant Hospital after a long battle with cancer and Parkinson's disease. US Army veteran who served during the Vietnam War. Retired from Caskey Cleaners after 40 years. Preceded in death by parents and infant brother. Survived by wife, Georgia; son, Michael (Lacie); brothers, John (Stella), Pete, Bobby (Rosa), Jeff (Diane) and Bill (Gwen) Tolliver; sisters, Ruth Ann (Bob) Clover and Teresa Tolliver; step-sons, Rick and Rex (Danielle) Fetherolf; step-daughter, Teresa (Mike) Springs; eight grandchildren; brother-in-law, Jim (Kim) Bryant; sister-in-law, Mary (Bud) Thompson; many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at O. R. WOODYARD CO. CHAPEL, 1346 South High St., Monday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., where service will be held Tuesday 11 a.m. Dr. William L. Snider officiating. Interment Obetz Cemetery.

My dear cousin Jim, I can't believe you are gone. We had some great times together. I'm so sorry I didn't get to see you. Unfortunately my health is not good. Please know I loved you and will miss you.

jim you will allways be in our hearts. you were a wonderful grandfather, stepfather , and fatherinlaw. we will be lost without you but you will never be forgoten. when god took you away from us he took the best thing in the world. we love you very much . love teresa, mike,and all your grandchildren.
