Sorry to hear about Janet's passing. She was a wonderful lady whom I had the honor to work with at mercy hospital. She always had a smile on her face and was a loving and caring person. May God bless and comfort you all at this sorrowful time.

My deepest sympathy to your entire family. If you ever had the pleasure of meeting Janet Jackson, you were uplifted, and you never forgot her. She prayed with me and for me with prayers that I knew touched Heaven. We worked together and always had the best time. I loved her so much. I will be praying for you all as you go through this time of great loss. Heaven certainly welcomed her Home.

Worked with Janet at the Consignment Shop after she retired. She was the sweetest person I have met. We were working together on 9/11 and she and I helped each other through that awful day. I will always remember her.

Troy, I don’t know if you remember me or not, but you and your mom were always so kind to me,,,,,you and my son were in the hospital at the same time and your precious mom was so sweet to him....this was a long time ago, but I worked at Kroger in Portsmouth and I’ve been retired for 15 years....when you came home and if you were in Kroger you always had a smile for me and a little walk down memory lane when you boys were so young.....since I’ve retired I lost my husband 6 years ago ,,,,he was sick for 23 years with Parkinson’s and then that following May my precious son “Bobby”died of a massive heart attack, he was 39 years old. If you can’t remember me, I always loved seeing your mom and her sweet and caring smile....I’m was so sad to hear of your great loss. But heaven has truly gained an angel ...truly sincerely,,,Cheryl GILLEY Kirk
