Starghill Javon J. Starghill, age 21, passed away Thursday, January 16, 2014. Celebration of Life 2 p.m. Thursday, January 23, 2014 in the chapel of DIEHL-WHITTAKER FUNERAL SERVICE, 720 E. Long St., where his family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until the start of service. Interment Eastlawn Cemetery.
