Jeffrey S. Grashel

Grashel Jeffrey S. Grashel, born June 1, 1957, passed away April 26, 2013 at his residence surrounded by his family. He was a Boating Legend who lived for his yearly Lake Cumberland trips. He believed in working hard and playing harder. He enjoyed playing softball, volleyball, and he loved going to concerts. His special gift was that he loved his family and friends, and always put them first. Jeff was the owner of J.S. Grashel Plumbing and Contracting and Backflow Man, member of Plumbers & Pipefitters Union Local #189. Preceded in death by step father Richard Taylor and father-in-law William Olney. Survived by loving wife of 25 years, Laura; and beloved sons, Jeffrey Jr., and Shane. Survived by mother, Phyllis Taylor; father, Kurt (Karen) Grashel; sister, Alissa Townsend; step brother, Jeffery (Candi) Taylor; aunts, Debbie (Tim) Guyton and Bonnie (Gary) Watkinson; mother-in-law, Angie Olney; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends; best friend, C-Dub, Sister Wives, and L.C.M.F. ers.
