Jeremiah Duane Brooks, age 41, passed away May 20, 2018. He is predeceased by his grandmothers Mae Tatum and Flo Miller, father Theodore Lee Brooks Sr., brothers Jeffery Allen Brooks and Theodore Lee Brooks Jr. Jeremiah is survived by his loving wife, Samantha Brooks, grandmother, Marie Huth, mother, Joan Hoover; step-father, Danny Busby; children, Riley Anne Brooks and Brice Duane Brooks; and many loving family and friends. Friends and family may call Thursday, June 7, 2018 from 11am-1pm with a funeral service to directly follow at 1pm at Newcomer Southwest Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City OH. So sorry for your loss, losing a father,husband and especially 3 sons is one of the hardest things to go through, Jeremiah was a good father and was always good to me when picking up the kids.

We, the families of The Compassionate Friends, send you our heartfelt condolences. The Compassionate Friends is an international grief support group for parents, grandparents and siblings who have suffered the heartbreaking loss of a child. Our only mission is to provide comfort, hope and support to every family experiencing the death of a son or daughter, brother or sister, or grandchild, and to help others better assist the grieving family. We meet monthly in Columbus from 7-9 PM on the second Tuesday of each month at Ascension Lutheran Church, 1479 Morse Road, Columbus, Ohio 43229. If and when you are ready to do so, please join us. We need Not Walk Along. We are The Compassionate Friends.
