John Robert Thomas, age 75, passed away Friday, April 27, 2018. John was born in Springfield, Ohio to the late Byron and Jean (O'Neil) Thomas. John will be greatly missed by his loving wife, Mary Lou (Thornton) Thomas; sons, Jim (Pam) Thomas and Rob (Jennie) Thomas; and several grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to OSU Madden Center for Parkinson's Disease (Fund #305248), 1480 West Lane Ave., Columbus, Ohio 43221. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. I feel terrible that I just learned today that John had passed away. When we first purchased our company John was our attorney. He was such a great guy to work with. I always remember when we would have our business related conversations over the phone they would always end talking sports. How were the buckeyes doing in football or basketball. He was such a sports nut when it came to the buckeyes! I'm sure he would be excited about the year they are having now! He will truly be missed!!!!!
