Juanita Neal Obituary

Neal Juanita Irene Neal, 71, of Lewisville, NC, formerly of Grove City, OH, passed away on January 27, 2014. She was born on June 2, 1942 to the late Joseph and Anna Ebright. Juanita was preceded in death by her sisters Jo Ann Smith and Janet Pendleton. She is survived by her sons, Joe Neal (Kelly) of Hilliard, OH and Gary Neal (Jennifer) of Lewisville, NC; her sisters, Clara Allen of Columbus, OH and Jeannette Pinkerton of Central Point, OH; and grandchildren, Lindsay, Tyler, Catherine, Madison and Brian. Juanita grew up in Grove City, OH. After graduating from Grove City High School she attended Franklin University in Columbus, OH. She enjoyed a career with the phone company, starting out with Ohio Bell before transferring to Florida to work with Southern Bell. After retiring she pursued interests as a teacher's aide as well as a nutrition consultant at Indian River Hospital while living in Vero Beach. FL. Juanita eventually moved to Lewisville, NC to be near her son Gary's family. She was a devoted Christian who read from her bible every morning. Most of all, Juanita was a loving mother and grandmother who gave unselfishly and will be deeply missed. HAYWORTH-MILLER FUNERAL HOME is servicing the family. Memorial services are tentatively planned for March 1 in Grove City, Ohio. Juanita will be laid to rest with her parents at Grove City Cemetery.
