Judy Ratliff Obituary

Ratliff Judy Ratliff, 72, of Columbus, OH, passed away at Mt. Carmel/St. Ann's Hospital on August 20, 2016. Born on February 11, 1944 in Portsmouth, OH. Survived by daughter, Cheryl (Glen) Strong; and son, Jeff (Melissa) Ratliff; grandchildren, Kyrstin Ratliff, Ryan Strong, Trent Strong, Matthew Ratliff and Chase Strong; and brother, Bobbie Noel. Preceded in death by husband Hubert "Bugs" Ratliff, mother Louise (Davis) Noel, siblings Harold Noel and Violet Noel. Friends may call at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 3047 E. Dublin Granville Rd., Columbus, OH on Sunday, August 28, 2016 from 1 p.m. until time of service at 3 p.m. with Pastor Jim Driesbach officiating. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Macular Degeneration Foundation, P.O. Box 515, Northampton, MA 01061-0515.
