Roger,
I am so sorry to learn of Julie's passing. She loved you so much, always praising you. She was always so full of joy and ready to help if help was needed. I remember how excited she was when you took a trip to France to visit her brother several years ago. Julie will be missed. Take care of yourself and I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

Kind-heart, quick-witted, funny, caring, generous, and loving. A true friend who always greeted you with a hello and smile. I called her "Julie Pooly'... We shared many conversations about life challenges, family and how much she loved her husband, Roger. We would take time to eat chocolate together and destress over things going on in life. I remember how her cubicle was decorated fancy with lots of family memories and bears. My world is brighter because of Julie. I saw Julie in November 2015 and she has said, that she was having health issues. Julie - you are positive spirit! Glad I got to see you in November. May the memories that you shared with everyone live on forever.

Thinking of you, Roger and all of Julie's family and friends during this time.

I send my deepest condolences to Roger and the family in the passing of Julie. I've know Julie for over 20 yrs. of working at the Ohio Department of Health. I remember when she and Roger got married. I can recall about a month ago we talked about retirement while in the 2nd floor ladies restroom. We both worked on the 2nd floor. She was one of the kindest, and sweetest people at ODH I've met. She will be missed. May God comfort you Roger and the family during this difficult time.
