I was a Special Education teacher at Starling Middle School and worked closely with Ken on a variety of projects for dances and other activities held in the gym. Ken and I also traveled downtown with a group my students to install an art project for Earth
Day and he treated my students with dignity and respect. He had a wonderful sense of humor, was patient with kids of all sorts, and was a team player. He will be sadly missed. I hope his place in Heaven has a beautiful golf course with 18.

During my 2 years at Starling MS,Ken was so kind to me and my "spec." kids. Whether he was helping me with a talent show or taking my class to hit golf balls. My true sadness for your loss - my true joy having known him. Paula DeMoss

My heart broke when I heard the news. Most of my childhood memories are filled with the whole Harding family. I love all of you very much, and I wish I could have come to Ohio
to be with you. Please know I am thinking of you and praying hard for your comfort and peace.

I am shocked and saddened by this news. He is missed already. My thoughts go immediately to you, Aunt Marcia. I mean Aunt Marcia and Uncle Ken they have gone together in my mind my entire life...
I am so glad for your last trip out this way. I have such a fond memory of Uncle Ken on the porch at my parents house. He was sitting on the rocker and was just incredibly relaxed and talked so animatedly of Hunter, Heather, Tanner and Tori. He seemed to be so happy and satisfied.
May the pain of his absence be comforted by the joys of your memories and the legacy of his love.
The thoughts, prayers and love of my family are with you all in this time of great loss.

Ken was a wonderful man! He was strong, caring and giving man. This past winter, I was in need and Ken and Marcia opened their hearts and helped me during my time in need. This family has been my blessing and I will always love and respect you and your loved ones. You will be dearly missed.

We have had the privilege of knowing Ken only the last 15 years and we can say that we are truly blessed for knowing him. He was a wonderful person and a joy to be around. He was so kind to let Sarah, Lance, and Natalie call him Grandpa too. We will remember so many good times and I hope during this difficult time you can do the same and smile at the memories. Please know that we are here and we will help you through. We love you all very much and all our thoughts and prayers are with you.

It has been an honor to be a part of such a loving family. I had the pleasure of seeing a great man be a kind and gentle man and show such love to others; especially the love he had for his grandchildren. Ken was a golden soul with a big heart and showed his kindness to all.
His legacy of family, kindess and generosity will live on in us all.
I am so proud to be his dauter-in-law.
