Many members of the Worthington United Soccer Club were greatly saddened by the passing of Laurie Naylor. She was a wonderful mother and always supported her sons, RJ and Hunter, on and off the soccer field. RJ and Hunter are great friends to many of the players at Worthington United and we wanted you to know that our prayers are with both of you and the rest of your family. Love, All your friends at Worthington United Soccer Club.

We at Alleluia! Lutheran Church were blessed to know Laurie while she served as our administrative assistant last summer. She was so kind, helpful and bright despite her battle with cancer. She helped me out so much during last summer's Vacation Bible School. I'm glad I got to know her. I'll remember her and pray for her family as I walk the Relay for Life this weekend at Dublin Jerome High School. I hate this disease, but I love the strength, courage and support that it brings out in everyone. To Robert, RJ, Hunter and Evan: Please contact your friends at Alleluia! if there's anything we can to do help you.

I never had the pleasure of meeting Laurie, but I met Robert through Discovery class at New Hope Church. He always had such wonderful things to say about his wife, and I was so sad to learn the reason why she wasn't there with him was because she was ill. I am much more saddened to hear that she lost her long battle with cancer. My prayers go out to Robert and his family. God bless you and Laurie.

The Carroll family is truly shaken and saddened to see another soldier lost to the battle. Laurie was one of the bravest and most courageous women I have ever met. I will never forget her words of wisdom, willingness to share contacts for help and sincere compassion for other families engaged in the war.
Robert and the boys, you are and will remain in our prayers.

It was the summer of 1970, we were all just kids, we had just played "kick the can", before we all gathered on the back porch. The air was warm against our faces, lightning bugs twinkled, and the stars in the sky seemed endless. We gathered in our sleeping blankets, Lynn, Laurie, and my sister. That evening for one moment in time was perfect. Laughing, sharing ghost stories, and wondering who would be the first inside before morning. Our thoughts fluttered from days at the pool to selling lemonade at the golf course. It was indeed a very magical evening. So every year at this time I often think of Laurie, and Lynn, and that sweet summer night. Condolences to all.

Your family will stay in my thoughts and prayers Robert.

We will miss you my friend, but I am glad to know that you are there with God, resting in peace and not suffering any more.
Robert, RJ, Hunter and Evan, our thoughts and prayers are with you all .RJ, we are very proud of you.
With love, your friends Arturo, Lety, Tomas and Maria-Jose.

I was blessed to have Laurie as a sister. Laurie and I spent many a night in hospitals laughing, sharing our thoughts and reminiscing. I treasure those times. Mindy, my mom and I will do our best to keep Laurie's wonderful spirit and kindness alive for her boys and Robert. We take comfort in the fact that she is no longer suffering and that she is with God.

May God bless Laurie and her family during this difficult time. We came to know the Naylor family through mutual participation in various soccer programs (Dublin Coffman HS & Worthington United Club Soccer). The boys have been a pleasure to watch and we've enjoyed the "sideline chats" with Robert and Laurie. You are in our thoughts and prayers!

Laurie came to one of our small group meetings at Indian Run. We were very blessed to have met her and had the privilege to pray for her. Even midst her challenges she asked for prayers for others and held firm to her faith. God bless your family. I praise Him for her life and especially for her dear friend Lety who invited her to come.
