Lois Lhamon Obituary

LHAMON Lois F. Lhamon, 74 of Lockbourne, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 22, 2010, at Regency Hospital, Columbus, OH. Born March 23, 1936, at Shadesville to the late Arthur and Garnet Hinson Caylor. She was a life member of Ladies Aux. VFW Post #7941, So. Bloomfield. Survived by sons, Tilden Mobley, Jr., Springfield, Tim Mobley, Kansas, Tracy L. Mobley, Sr., West Jefferson; daughters, Betty Hines, Lockbourne, Kathy Owens, Kansas; brother, Robert Caylor, Sr., Ashville; numerous grandchildren; great grandchildren; and great great grandchildren. Friends may call Tues. Dec. 28, 2010 at the Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home, 420 W. Main St., Ashville from 58 p.m. with service following at 8 p.m. with Rev. Greg Cooper officiating. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the family c/o Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home.

I remeber Lois as a Ladies Auxiliary Member of VFW 7941. I was president of the auxiliary for 4 years and remember her attending meetings and assisting when she could.

Please pray for our family. It is so hard on all of us. Only God knew how much we loved her and Only God will be able to see us through the remainder of this life without her. We will miss our Gran very much.

My mom was good friends with lois in manns mobile home park in ashville and i was good friends with betty and her daughter stacey, our prayers are with the family , tho years have passed she will still remain in our hearts and thoughts, now she is with stacey and they are holding hands and looking down and smiling on us all.
