Lois Rigby Obituary

RIGBY Lois I. Rigby, born January 27, 1931, departed this life January 23, 2012. Preceded in death by husband William E. Rigby, March 21, 2010 who was her sweetheart and love of her life for 56 years as she was his. They were in love and loved each other and hoped that their lives would end together. Lois lived for the day her and Bill would be together again. Their last days together were filled with love and kisses and their love was strong even through sickness. She felt that no one ever shared a better marriage or life than they had. Also she was preceded in death by sons William R. and Rodney Lee and daughter Vikki Lee Nelson, parents Glenn and Esther Bellomy, brothers Charles, Dale, Jackie and Jerry, sisters Glenna, Sheryn and Gale. Survived by brother, Robert (Betty) Bellomy; sisters, Peggy Friley and Martha Bellomy; grand-children, Peter W. Nelson, Mary Nicole Nelson, Angela L. Jester, Michelle L. Anderson and Danielle J. Rigby; daughters, Rosemary Cassill and Susan K. Rigby; five great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. Friends may call 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the O. R. WOODYARD CO. CHAPEL, 255 E. State Street. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday 10:30 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church, 584 W. Broad Street. Father Kevin Lutz, Celebrant. Interment St. Joseph Cemetery.
