Mark Schaaf Obituary

SCHAAF Mark E. Schaaf, age 58, went to be with the Lord surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday, September 23, 2008. Mark was a veteran of the U.S. Army having served two tours in Vietnam. Mark was preceded in death by his father William Schaaf. He is survived by his beloved wife of 32 years, Anne Mahoney Schaaf; loving daughter, Jennifer Schaaf (Jon Osbeck); mother, Eva Schaaf of Springfield, OH; granddaughter, Ava; brothers, Steve Schaaf and Dan (Nadine) Priebe, both of Moline, IL; sister, Linda Schaaf of Springfield, OH; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held 11:30 a.m. Saturday, September 27, 2008, at SCHOEDINGER NORTH CHAPEL, 5554 Karl Rd., where the family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. until the time of service.
