Marvin Wright, age 92, passed away Wednesday, December 27, 2017. He was born on November 29, 1925 in Baltimore, OH.He is a WWII veteran of the US Army and a retired Columbus Firefighter. Surviving family includes wife of 69 years, Verla Wright; children, Regina (Carman) Roberts, Andrea (Brian) Schrock; grandsons, Benjamin Schrock, Joshua Schrock and Zachary (Jane) Roberts; great-grandchildren, Lydia and Noah Schrock.; brother, Calvin (Gladys) Wright; also survived by many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents; 8 siblings; grandson, Joseph Schrock. Visitation will be held Wednesday, January 3, 2018 from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at Meadow Park Church of God, 2425 Bethel Rd., Columbus, OH 43220 where funeral service will be held on Thursday at 12:00 p.m. with one hour of visitation prior to service.
