Mary Trejo Obituary
Mary Lou Brinkman Trejo, passed from this life on March 11, 2021. She was born in 1937 in Wauseon, Ohio and moved to Columbus in 1983 to enjoy a 27 year career at OSU libraries in the Preservation office. She is survived by daughter, Raquel; and son, Michael; along with 3 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren. Calling hours will be Thursday, March 18 at the EGAN-RYAN FUNERAL HOME, 403 E BROAD ST. in Columbus from 4-7pm. Additional calling hours will be 4-7pm on Friday, March 19 at Edgar-Grisier Funeral Home, 219 S Fulton St., Wauseon, Ohio. A Private Mass of Christian Burial will take place at St Casper Catholic Church in Wauseon, Ohio. Interment at St. Casper Catholic Cemetery. A memorial Mass will be celebrated at St. Thomas More Newman Center, 64 W Lane Ave, Columbus on April 10 at 10am. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The James Division of Hematology Leukemia Program Development Fund. Visit www.egan-ryan.com to offer condolences and view the full obituary.

In my life I've come to realize it is the small things not grand things that make a difference... a smile, a kind word or just an attitude or f welcome and acceptance. That was Mary Lou. I still remember her and her kindness that made a difference.

I sat next to Mary Lou during Mass at the Newman Center. She welcomed me right away as I was a newcomer. She was always smiling and kind and so proud of her children. My sympathies and condolences to her family.
