Nina Wolf Obituary

WOLF Nina J. Wolf, age 87, of Groveport, died Wednesday, September 12, 2007, at her residence surrounded by her loving family. Nina was born May 6, 1920, in Columbus, daughter of Leo H. and Catherine T. (Mangan) White. She graduated from Central High School in 1938. Prior to devoting herself to her family as a homemaker, wife and mother, Nina worked at Ohio Bell as a telephone operator. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Groveport from 1950 where she was a member of the Altar Rosary Society. Nina was also a member of the Lithopolis Garden Club. Preceded in death by her husband Thomas L. Wolf, Sr., sisters Mary Catherine Melvin, Jean Oberting and Dorothy Sallee. Survived by her children, Teresa A. (James) Saul, Thomas L. (Christy Evans) Wolf, Jr., Timothy J. (Rebecca) Wolf, Theodore M. (Christine) Wolf, Lawrence E. (Joyce) Wolf, James J. (Jacqueline) Wolf, Nina M. (Marshall) Puckett and Catherine E. (Eric) Ottinger; sister-in-law, Marie Graessle; 23 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren. Friends may call 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday at the MYERS-WOODYARD FUNERAL HOME, 587 Main St. in Groveport. Funeral Mass will be 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 5684 Groveport Rd. with Father Richard Metzger, Celebrant. Interment St. Joseph Cemetery.
