SWAIN Nora L. Swain, age 72, passed away Thursday, January 18, 2007, at Mt. Carmel Medical Center surrounded by her family. Preceded in death by her husband Jerry L. Swain. Survived by sons, Mark (Amy), Kevin (Yvette), Keith (Judy) and Brian (Debbie); brothers, Glen (Dixie), Doyle (Helen), Lyle (Charlene); sisters, Juanita Dunbar, Myrna Taylor, Dixie McDowell, Annis (Dennis) Bedwell, Kay Taylor; grandchildren, Shane, Shawntelle, Melvin, Brittany (Larry) Scott, Kryssie, Alyssa, Alexander, Jasmine, Brian, and Desirhea; great grandchildren, Madeline, Alyssia, Larry and Mirra; many nieces, nephews and friends; best friend, Judy Hill; special friends, Rick Sexton, Albert and Shirley Thacker, Joyce and Kenny Myers and Claude and Nellie Johnson. Member of Central Ave. Church of Christ in Christian Union. Nora was a loving and devoted mother. She was very dedicated to her family and she was the foundation that her family was built on. She touched many lives and she will be missed by many. Family will receive friends at SCHOEDINGER HILLTOP CHAPEL, 3030 West Broad Street, Sunday, January 21, 2007 from 2 p.m. until time of service at 5 p.m. Reverend Malcolm R. Schoener officiating.
