Gene.......
This is about a true friend that you only run across once in a lifetime. We always enjoyed every thing we did together no matter what is was, especially Fishing!
He was always more concerned about others than he was himself.
Gene never wanted to do anything that wasn't done right that he had any thing to do with.
His jobs were always done right and were top of the line.
He truly loved his wife Cindy and his family. He would always talk about them before anything else, and then fishing, hunting his garden and his other hobbies.
I sure will miss you Gene....

I am so very saddened to hear of Eugene's passing. I have known and loved both Eugene and Cindy for many years. I will remember how Eugene would turn red so easy and how sweet he was. He and Cindy were a perfect match. Bless you all. Bev

I'm so sad of my cousin Eugenes passing. As life is all families grow farther apart as we have families of our own.As younger children we spent lots of time together. I will forever cherish those times and the fact that I was related to such a wonderful person. He'll always be in my heart.

Gene was the best brother-in-law a girl could ever hope for. He was so good to mom and dad Pressler too. I loved him very much. He always had a smile for me when I visited and always told me to come back soon when I left to go home. He was the best cook ever and he would invite me for blueberry pancakes on Saturday or Sunday morning. He love his sweets, cookies, cakes, coconut cream pie and candy. He was the best husband to my baby sister and to their girls and he loved, loved, loved his grandchildren. He was deeply loved by family and friends and even people he did not know well came to like him a lot. He is with God now and He will be missed so very much by those of us left behind.
I love you Gene and I will help look after Cindy for you.

I remember him as Eugene, and have known him since elementary school. He was always pleasant and a little shy, with sparkling eyes and a smile for everyone. His commitment to his wife and family speaks to his integrity and love of life. I pray that his legacy lives on in his children and grandchildren. My prayers are with you Cindy, and your family. May God comfort and bless you. Even though we have not seen each other for many years, my respect and fond memories of both of you come to mind. I am honored to have known you both.
