Patrick Doyle Obituary
1929 - 2018
Patrick L. Doyle, 88, joined his loving wife in the company of the Holy Trinity on May 29, 2018 at Mother Angeline McCrory Manor. He was born July 17, 1929 in Pittsburgh, PA to Lee Patrick and Ann (Stattmiller) Doyle; also preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Ann Marie (Yuhasz) Doyle. He is survived by his children, Christopher (Barbara) Doyle, Patrick (Mary Ann) Doyle, and David (Cynthia) Doyle; grandchildren, Lisa (Ty) Kellogg and Ashley (Greg) Maney, Jennifer (Erik) Wilson, Colleen (Kevin) O'Connell and Brian (Catherine) Doyle, Molly (Dean) Hogan and Meghan Doyle; and 7 great-grandchildren. Pat graduated from Aquinas High School and The Ohio State University. He had advanced degrees in insurance including CLU and CPCU. He spent his entire career at Nationwide Insurance where he diligently served as the Vice-President - Office of the Chief Executive Officer. Although he worked hard, he had a special place in his heart for baseball, pitching in a semi-pro league, teaching his sons and granddaughters, and coaching. He STILL rooted for the REDS! A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Saturday, June 2, 2018 with interment at Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Mother Angeline McCrory Manor in his memory.
