Paul Burgoon Obituary

Burgoon Paul Burgoon, age 88, passed away on Sunday, July 26, 2015 at Kobacker House. Member Glenwood UMC. Retired CPA. Veteran Merchant Marines during WWII. He was an avid gardener. Preceded in death by wife Helen Burgoon. Survived by children, Brenda (Timothy) McGuire, Paula (Andrew) Moreland and Andrew Burgoon; numerous other family and friends. Friends may call at JERRY SPEARS FUNERAL HOME, 2693 W. Broad St., Wednesday 4-7 p.m. Graveside service and interment 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Kingston, OH. Pastor Jeff Mullinix officiating. In lieu of flowers, family asks that donations be made to Kobacker House, 800 McConnell Drive, Columbus, OH, 43214.

Brenda and Paula - You are in my prayers, as you have been through the past weeks. While my heart aches for you both, for the difficult task you've had helping your Dad make the transition from life here on earth to everlasting life with God - I also wish you can see the blessing these extra days can have been!
