Phillip Columbus Obituary

COLUMBUS Phillip Samuel Columbus, age 62, died July 9, 2009. He was born April 12, 1947 to Samuel and Violet Columbus. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Betty J. Columbus, brother Gary Columbus, and granddaughter Ashley Michelle Columbus. Phillip is survived by his children, Michael (Lynnette) Columbus, and Glenn Columbus; grandchildren, Amber Columbus, Chris Columbus, and Shane Columbus; great-granddaughter, Alissa Childs; sister-in-law; Sue Columbus; nephew, Todd Columbus; and brothers for life, V.W., Bill Alexander, Buffalo; and many others. Family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. on Friday, July 24, 2009 at SCHOEDINGER CLEVELAND AVE. CHAPEL, 2741 Cleveland Ave. A graveside service will be held at Twin Township Cemetery in Bourneville, Ohio at 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 25, 2009. Todd I am very sorry about your uncle. I know your family has seen its share of tradgedy in the past few years. I hope you will seek peace and solace in your daughter Courtney and know that we love and support you in your time of grief!!!
