Phyllis Keller Obituary

Keller Phyllis Scheider Keller, age 71, passed away June 10, 2016 at Villa Angela Nursing Home. She was born on September 20, 1944 in Columbus to the late Max and Sophie Scheider. She graduated from Bishop Watterson High School. She then went on to receive her Bachelor's Degree from The Ohio State University where she was a member of Alpha Delta Pi Sorority. After graduating, she went on to obtain her Master's Degree from Wright State University. Phyllis held various teaching positions in Dayton, Ohio and retired from Archbishop Alter High School after 20 years. She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Carl R. Keller; children, Marsha (Matt) Clark, Stephen (Michelle) Keller and Jeffrey (Christine) Keller; grandchildren, Emily, Jacob, Sophia, Ryan, Avery, Hannah, Blake and Oliver; and sister, Maxine Scheider. Friends may call Monday from 4-7 p.m. at EGAN-RYAN FUNERAL HOME NORTHWEST CHAPEL, 4661 Kenny Road. Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday at 10 a.m. at St. Brendan Church, 4475 Dublin Road. Burial to follow at St. Joseph Cemetery. Donations may be made to Archbishop Alter High School. Visit www.egan-ryan.com to offer condolences.
