Only found out today. Rick was intelligent and hard working. He gave many a lot of chances. He helped me create a career path. May God rest his soul.

Rick and I shared our common small town Ohio roots. Cambridge is less than 10 miles from New Concord (my father's home town). Rick was Courageous. Funny. Smart. Engaging. Brave. I got to know Rick through the Accenture LDP program. I last saw him a year ago. I'm so sad to hear about his passing. My thoughts are with his husband, brother, and family.

I first met Rick back in 2006, we worked closely together on a grueling strategy project. Rick always brought energy, excitement and a can do attitude. Over the years I have kept in frequent contact with Rick, he was someone I could turn to and ask questions, seek guidance and he was always willing to offer feedback. Rick you will be missed. Thoughts and prayers to those you leave behind.

Rick was a very special person - innovative, brilliant, driven, and committed to helping people - he would always make time to provide advice
and counsel to his friends and colleagues. Rick, you are missed and you won't be forgotten.
My deepest condolences to Clinton and to the Leyshon family.

Brave. Committed. Excellence. Strong Work Ethic. Personable. Selfless. These are a few of the traits I think of when I think of Rick. While I did not get to know him closely at Accenture, these characteristics are what come to mind when I reflect on the times I did work with him. Rest in peace Rick. God bless you.

I remember the first time I ran into Rick outside of the office, we were both grocery shopping and we spent over an hour talking about healthy food. He had studied how to eat to help his cancer to heal and he wanted to share his findings with others... Rick inspired so many people. We will ride Pelotonia in remembrance and honor of him this year, and every year. Thank you for being such an inspiration Rick. We will never forget you, and are grateful to have had our in our lives. We only wish you could have stayed with us a little longer. I pray that you are smiling down on us from heaven, cancer-free and healthy and happy.

Clinton,
I cannot tell you how sorry I am. Rick was the warmest, brightest, and most caring person I have ever known. Working with him on the Bank One project was a high-point of my career. It started a friendship for which I will always be grateful. At one of our lunches he shared with me how you and he had met. His face lit up and for the rest of the lunch, that's all we talked about. He was a special guy and will be missed by many.
